Learn about the chagim/holidays in Spanish from a credentialed fluent Spanish and Hebrew teacher.

Enrollment in a Spanish language program, conversational Spanish skills from home or elsewhere, or concurrent enrollment in a program in a spanish speaking environment are a pre-requisite.

The goal of this program is to encourage children to maintain, develop and use their Spanish skills with other jewish children their age and learning some more about the holidays and the various ashkenazic and sephardic customs associated with them.

Filled with stories, games and songs this program is ideal for children ages 6-8.

Ven y aprende sobre las fiestas judías en español, con una maestra que habla español, ingles y hebreo.

La clase será en español. Se requiere que estés inscrito en un programa de español, o que hables un poco de español en la casa.

La meta del programa es motivar a los niños a mantener, desarrollar y practicar el español usando sus habilidades junto con otros niños de su edad para aprender más de las fiestas judías, y las costumbres tanto ashkenazim como sefaradim relacionadas a ellas.

Lag Baomer y Yom Haatzmaut son dos de las fiestas que se cubrirán en esta sesión, llena de historias, juegos y canciones.
