1. The class has been great. My son seems to love it. Before we started with Ivrit, I would try to talk to him in hebrew and he would throw a fit. Now he listens to me when I speak in hebrew and will even try to repeat a few words. He'll also break out into song occasionally which is so cool!Nirit Luchans
2.We never really learned "Old MacDonald" in English....So my son learned "Adom (sp?) Moshe" first much to my amusement.Even when Old MacDonald would be on TV, he'd just sing along in Hebrew.Maia Starling
3.We were on our way to school last week and my younger son was "counting" ...My older son ( who is in the Ivrit class) said "No, [count] in Hebrew" and proceeded to have his younger brother repeat "echad, shtein, shalosh, etc."Much to my amusement my younger son actually followed and repeated. It was a great moment seeing my 4 year old teaching my 2 year old how to speak Hebrew.Maia Starling
4.We listen to the Hebrew CD non-stop in our car.My kids' favorite song is Rakevet (the train song).Whenever either one of them is getting drowsy or just having a tough time being in the car, I switch to that song and they both scream "KEV!" and proceed to crack up and sing along at the top of their lungs.Maia Starling
