This class for adults focuses on Israeli dishes, sharing not only recipes but highlighting how the foods are a part of our Jewish culture and history and how the foods came to be a tradition for Jewish holidays. 

Lerut Moyal brings 20 yrs plus of catering/cooking and 17 years of teaching experience to her classroom exploring culturally diverse cuisines that make up what we think of as Israeli traditional foods.  

Have some fun learning from one of the best in San Diego with your friends.  Each class will cover a salad/appetizer, a main dish and a dessert.  Learn how to make Bourekas, Couscous, Morrocan Chicken with Olives and a chocolate or cinnamon Babka and more.  Munch with your friends in class, or bring your portion home to share with your family each week.
